Terms

These terms apply to every order placed in the GARDEX online shop.

Seller

Prices

All prices are in euros and include 22% DDV. Freight is added at checkout, based on the number of pallets and the delivery region. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

Orders

The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. We keep a record of the order and can send you a copy on request. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we let you know and refund any payment straight away.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available up to a set order value. With a bank transfer, we ship once the payment has reached our account.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. The details and the form are on the Returns page.

Warranty and guarantee

Products carry the warranty stated on the product page, for example 20 years on Premium WPC decking. The legal guarantee for faults under Slovenian consumer law applies on top of that.

Complaints

Send complaints by email or through the contact form. We confirm that we have received them within five working days and keep you informed until the matter is settled.
