Returns, 14-day withdrawal

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This page explains how it works.

How to withdraw

Let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods, by email or through the contact form, and include your order number. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but a short message is enough.

Sending the goods back

Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. They need to be unused and complete, so that we can sell them again. WPC boards that have been cut or installed can’t be returned.

You pay for the return transport. Most of our products travel on pallets, so we can arrange the collection for you and tell you the cost in advance.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods are back in our warehouse before paying. The money goes back the same way you paid.

Damaged or faulty goods

If something arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty, contact us. This is handled under the warranty and the legal guarantee, and we repair or replace the item at our cost.
