Delivery & truck access
Most of what we sell is too big for a parcel service, so it travels on pallets, on a truck with a tail lift. Here is how that works and what we need from you.
How freight is worked out
Freight depends on how many pallets your order fills and where in Slovenia it is going. The cart shows the number of pallets, and the checkout shows the exact freight as soon as you enter your postcode, before you pay. All prices include 22% DDV.
Before we ship
We phone you on the number you gave at checkout to make sure the truck can reach your address and to agree on a delivery day. If we can’t get hold of you, we send an email and try again the next working day.
What the truck needs
- Room for a truck up to 12 m long to drive up and stop
- A firm, level spot next to the truck, such as asphalt, concrete or paving
- Someone at the address to sign for the delivery
Delivery is to the kerb. The driver lowers the pallets with the tail lift and leaves them next to the truck. Drivers can’t take pallets into the garden, through the house or up steps, so plan on two people to move the parts afterwards.
Delivery times
Stocked items arrive within [N] working days of your order. Made-to-order items, such as some pergolas, take longer, and the product page shows the lead time.
Timed delivery and collection
For an extra charge you can choose a two-hour delivery window, and the driver calls 30 minutes before arriving. You can also collect your order from our warehouse by appointment.
Check the delivery
Look over the pallets before you sign. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery slip, take a photo and send it to us the same day if you can. We will sort out a replacement.
